A ‘Visionary’ Initiative: Centre to Treat Blindness Opens

KARACHI: Vision Foundation has established a first-of-its-kind Retinitis Pigmentosa (RP) Centre in Pakistan with the co-operation of Support Trust, an NGO.

RP is an inherited eye disease that causes severe vision impairment that often leads to blindness. According to a study, one in every 3,700 person suffers from this incurable disease. Read more here.
